The Three Session Series

For one stubborn area. Three sequenced sessions, reassessed between each visit.

One session finds where the problem actually lives. Three sessions are what it takes to move it. This is the minimum arc for real, lasting change in a single area, the kind of change that outlasts the last five things you tried.

Who this is for

You have one thing. A hip that flares up at a predictable mileage. A shoulder that will not fully rotate. A low back that goes out every few months on no particular schedule. It gets better and then it comes back, and it has been doing that for long enough that you stopped expecting otherwise.

How the three sessions build

  1. Session one. Open the region and its immediate neighbors. Find what is actually driving the restriction, which is frequently not the painful spot.
  2. Session two. Work the driver directly and address the compensations that grew around it.
  3. Session three. Integrate. Reconnect the region to the rest of the system and retrain the movement pattern so the change holds under load.

Timing

Sessions run about a week apart. Each is 90 minutes to 2 hours. We reassess at the start of every visit, so if something is not moving the way it should, we know before we spend a session on it.

When we would send you to the ten session series instead

If the pain shows up in more than one place, or if your whole posture has reorganized around an old injury, three sessions can create real relief in the target area and then get slowly undone by the rest of the system pulling it back. We will tell you that after your first visit rather than after your third.
