The Ten Session Series
The complete structural overhaul. Ten sequenced sessions across your entire fascial system.
Ten sequenced sessions that work through your entire fascial system, region by region, so what gets fixed in week two does not get pulled back out of place by week eight. This is how the pain stops having a reason to come back, anywhere in your body.
Why ten and not three
Because fascia is continuous. Free up the hips without addressing the ribcage and the ribcage pulls the hips back. The ten session framework exists because a specific order of operations is what allows each change to survive the next one. It is the classic Structural Integration series and it has been refined over decades for exactly this reason.
The shape of the series
- Sessions one through three. The outer layers. Breathing, the surface of the torso, the arms and shoulders, the lower legs and feet. We open the sleeve before touching the core.
- Sessions four through seven. The core. The deep line from the inside of the legs through the pelvis, the spine, the neck and the head. This is where the deepest holding patterns live.
- Sessions eight through ten. Integration. Reconnecting everything so the body moves as one system rather than a set of recently adjusted parts.
Timing and commitment
Sessions run 1 to 2 weeks apart and the series typically completes over a few months. Each session is 90 minutes to 2 hours. This is a real commitment of time and it is the honest reason we do not recommend it to everyone.
What people notice
Usually height and breath first, in the first few sessions. Then the thing they came in for, somewhere in the middle. Then, near the end, something they never mentioned because they had stopped noticing it: a jaw that unclenched, a foot that finally lands flat, sleep that got easier.
